PAYMENT SCHEDULE-

A $120 deposit per person will be required no later than December 14, 2023 to hold a space for the airline reservation with this group. Final payment will be due June 3, 2024.

CANCELLATION-

If for any reason you should need to cancel after registering for airline transportation for the MDC Group Cruise, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Cancellations received between the date the deposit is received and May 3, 2024 will result in a $20 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations received between May 4, 2024 and June 3, 2024 will result in a $120 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations received on or after June 3, 2024 will result in 100% forfeiture of airline cost.

RESPONSIBILITY-

Destinations With Purpose, LLC and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and organizations, maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any air, water, or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of the trip, because all of these suppliers are independent contractors.

Destinations With Purpose, LLC and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and organizations, shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience , or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of these suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product or accommodations which is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of these suppliers (3) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person beyond the direct control of Destinations With Purpose, LLC.

During the trip, the participant may have the opportunity to participate in various optional activities, such as water sports and other athletic activities, contests, excursions, and side trips. Destinations With Purpose, LLC and sponsoring company or organization, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and organizations, shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconveniences, or irregularity arising out of or relating to said participation.
